TransDetect
The TransDetect algorithm can be found

It is a package of different R (https://www.r-project.org/) functions.
The Zip file also contains descriptions to run the script.
The principle is described in Figure 1
and is fully described in
Pal et al. TransDetect identifies a new regulatory module controlling phosphate accumulation in Arabidopsis. ( Plant Physiology).
